Shipping

 Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries. If you are unsure about your location please contact our Customer Service team customercare@jooste-studio.com 

How long does it take to receive my order? 

Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

 The shipping delays are:

  • France 2-3 days after your order has been shipped (up to 7 days for the french island territories)
  • Europe, Turkey, Maghreb 3-4 days after your order has been shipped
  • Rest of the world 5 days after your order has been shipped

If you wish to receive your order faster, please contact us at customercare@jooste-studio.com and we will try our best to find a solution.

How much does shipping to my country cost?

Shipping is free for all orders within France.

For all orders within Europe, Turkey and Maghreb a flat rate of 8€ is applied.

For the rest of the world, a flat rate of 25€ is applied.

Please note that shipping charges can not be refunded.

Refunds & Exchanges
 How do I get a refund?
Should you wish to return your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be unworn and in its original condition. Return shipping cost is at the customer's charge and will be deducted from your refund.

  

Do you offer exchanges?
Should you wish to make an exchange, please contact us at customercare@jooste-studio.com within 7 days of receiving the item. The item must be unworn and in its original condition.

 

Rentals

What items are available for rent?

All items on our website are available for rent.

Where are the rentals available?

Rentals are currently only available in France.

How long can I rent an item for?

Rental period is fixed at 10 days.

However, if you wish to rent the item for a longer period, we can try our best to make it possible (depending on the availability of the item). Send us an email at customercare@jooste-studio.com and we will try our best to accommodate your request.

What happens if the item I rented does not fit?

Send us an email at customercare@jooste-studio.com, and we will organize a free exchange. 

Do I have to wash the item before returning it?

No, we will take care of it for you!

Do I have to pay for delivery when I rent an item?

Nope! Delivery and return to and from a "point relais" near you is on us.

Second hand sales

Are the second hand items in good condition?

All our second hand pieces have been thoroughly checked. 

They are in good condition with no major defects, however small insignificant signs of wear my be apparent.

Are the second hand items cleaned before being sold?

Yes! all second hand items have been dry cleaned and, if necessary, repaired.

Is the second hand purchase option available right after the drop?

The second hand purchase option usually becomes available about 1,5 months  after the drop.

Where do the second hand items come from?

The majority of our second hand items come from rentals. Each item is rented out to customers for not longer 50 days total, after which it is sold as a second hand item.

A small part of our second hand items comes from the customers that have re-sold their pieces back to us.

Reselling your items back to JOOSTE 

I want a change. Can I sell the piece I bought back to Jooste?

Absolutely. If you want to resell your item back to us, please send us an email at secondhand@jooste-studio.com

How much will I be payed if I sell my item back to Jooste?

The standard re-buy price for an item bought new is 25% (payed via bank transfer or PayPal) of the original price payed, or 30% of the price if you choose to be payed in store credit.
